MAN COMMITS SUICIDE IN PLACE OF WORSHIP.


Saudi police has reported that a man has committed suicide by throwing himself off the roof of the Grand Mosque in Islam holiest city in Mecca.

  The rare act was not the first of it's kind to take place in Mecca, The holiest city in Islam, which like other religions prohibits suicide.

   The corpse was transported to the hospital, Investigations are already on "to determine the victim's identity, What led to the act and how he was able to commit it, Sources said.

   Last year, a man tried to set himself ablaze in front of Kaaba (the quare stone building in the centre of the mosque compound), But was immediately stopped by security forces.

   Every year, Millions of Muslims pilgrims from across the world, Travel to Mecca and Medina, Islam second holiest site, also in western Saudi Arabia.
