MAN SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR COMMITTING THIS CRIME.

A man has been sentenced to death for the torture and killing of his girlfriend's 8-year-old son, Who was beaten, starved and forced to sleep in a closet until his death,in 2013.

  The boy's mother, Pearl Sinthia Fernandez, was sentenced to life imprisonment for her role in the death of her son.

  The pair were arrested in 2013, After paramedics were called to the home of the incident, And found young Gabriel (the deceased) unconscious and with a broken skull as well as broken ribs, he died few days later.

  Aguirre's, 37, revealed last year during his trial in torturing the little boy because he thought, the child was an homosexual (gay) and forced him to eat cat faeces, And also made him sleep in a small closet while gagged and bound.

   Aguirre was convicted of murder and sentenced to death, While the mother of the little who confessed of also contributing to her son's inhuman treatment, was sentenced to life imprisonment.
